We will also review your medical history to ensure that we provide you with the best possible care.

If you're new to the Lake Norman area or if you've started the dental implant process elsewhere and need to finish replacing your teeth, we're here to help. You can view the insurances we participate with and give us a call at our Huntersville office (Lake Norman) to get started.

To ensure a smooth and efficient visit, please remember to bring the following information to your first appointment:

• Your surgical referral slip and X-rays, if applicable
• A list of medications you are currently taking
• Complete Patient Registration forms

Additionally, it's important to remember that a parent or guardian must accompany all patients under the age of 18 for the consultation visit.

Before your surgery, please inform our office if you have any medical conditions that may be of concern (such as diabetes, high blood pressure, artificial heart valves and joints, rheumatic fever, etc.), or if you are currently taking any medications (including heart medications, aspirin, anticoagulant therapy, etc.).

X-Rays

If your dentist or physician has recently taken your X-rays, you can easily request that they forward them to our office by mail or email at admin@centerforoms.com. If time is limited, we recommend picking up the X-rays and bringing them with you to your appointment.
